Here's the story how I got involved with Sam Lutfi.
I worked for a medical company that Danny Haines' father owns. I was there for 6 years and became
very good friends with Danny.
Danny met Sam through MySpace, Danny wanted to be a model, and Sam found Danny and claimed to
be a producer and he could start his career.
Anyways, I was working with Danny for months and months on getting Sam out of his life. This letter I
posted on the internet explains the jest of it.
I personally know Sam Lutfi and he is a master manipulator, he almost made my good friend Danny Haines kill
himself. I just want to get a message to Britney to warn her of Sam's real intentions.
I have access to hundreds of emails, text messages, voice messages of Sam talking about wanting to kill my
friend Danny and that he should just kill himself among other bizarre statements he has made.
Danny met Sam and soon after Danny moved in with Sam as a new roommate, not long after that it went
downhill.
I felt like I was Danny's therapist for several months trying to help him get away from Sam and his brain
washing. Sam had stolen a total around of $18,000 from Danny from using his credit cards to buy plane tickets for
himself to forging his checks that the credit card companies send you for cash advances. I went with Danny to
one of the gas stations that Sam's mother owns in an attempt to collect the money from
her. Sam's mom was writing Danny a check until Sam showed up an made a huge scene at the gas station.
Danny and I flew my airplane to Las Vegas for the weekend and I spent several hours with Danny and finally
got him to call the bank and report the fraud Sam Lutfi had committed against Danny's bank account. Before
that phone call, Danny was very depressed because of what Sam had made
of him. After that phone call Danny's eyes had life in them again and we went out that night and had a great time. Sam is so convincing that about a
week later Danny cancelled the fraud report after talking to Sam. Please do your research on this clown, Danny has a restraining order find it by searching North Orange County
court records Fullerton Ca. case number 07NL02915 .
Sam also vandalized a older women's new car at Costco last year because she took his parking spot. Sam took a
pair of pliers and destroyed her vehicle. They could not find him because his Mercedes S500 was new and had
no license plates yet. I'm in the process of trying to get Sam arrested for that through the Culver City Police

I started getting phone calls from tabloid magazines wanting to interview Danny. Danny wasn't really
ready to speak out about it because he and his family had already gone through so much grief with Sam.
Around the same time, Sam claiming to be his sister emailed Danny and said "one of your friends is
writing stuff about my brother to some magazines and I don't think that's very wise of him". And he
threatened to show the naked pictures of Danny to the public. Remember he had already emailed those
pictures to all his family, friends, and co-workers about 6 months ago.
Then I got a phone call from Michael Joseph Gross who was doing a story for Blender magazine about
Britney Spears. This was not a tabloid magazine, but a real journalist wanting Danny's story. He just
happened to call when I was going to meet Danny for lunch at the Yard House in Newport Beach.
I told Michael I would talk to Danny and call him back. I called Danny and told him about this and I think
he should meet Michael. I told him there was no money involved, just a real journalistic story, not a tabloid
piece. Danny agreed and that's how his story appears on Blenders website
and on the February cover of the magazine "The Road to Ruin".

Then one night I received a text message saying "can we talk" I text back and say "who is this" the
person writes "this is Jan from World News, would you like to comment on the multi-million dollar lawsuit
that's being filed against you and Danny Haines". I know Sam's tricks and knew it was him. I text back and
say "leave me alone". He calls me and wants to talk, he talked for 45 minutes trying to get Danny to kill the
story and tell Michael not to print Danny's part.
I talked to Danny and we came up with the idea to pretend to be Sam's friend to try to get information we
could give to Britney's family to help her. Sam said he wasn't mad at me for the letter, he said it's great that Danny has such
a good friend that tries to protect him. He wanted to tell me his side of the story and try to manipulate me
into being his friend, which Sam has his Masters degree in Mass Manipulation, he's that good.
So I pretended to be his friend for about 3 weeks, he called me daily and we talked for about an hour each
time, he never shuts up. He was also texting me 10-20 times a day. (that's his favorite way to
communicate)
I had my Birthday party Saturday Jan 19th and Sam called again. He had Britney sing Happy Birthday to
me and I talked to her on the phone for a few minutes( I have to
admit, that was pretty cool) A few minutes after that he said "watch how much control I have over her", he said "Britney, I'm going to
Ken's house in Orange County for his birthday party", then
Britney said "OK let me get my jacket." Then he whispered "watch this and
chuckled, no, I think I'm going to go alone" Britney started to cry and yelling, please Sam, please don't leave me here
alone and she was at his knees begging him to take her with him. Sam was laughing and said "get up off
the floor bitch" and I could hear her running away crying and yelling.
Here's the text message he sent me after that.
This guy treats her like shit; no one deserves to be talked down to like that, especially Britney Spears.
I got a phone call around 3:30am in the morning but they hung up. In the morning Sam called me and asked
if I got a phone call, I said yes, and he said they all got drunk that night and let two paparazzi inside with
them for the night and Britney took Sam's cell phone and crank called every number in it.
My ex-girlfriend had never been to Los Angeles so we went there to see LA and maybe meet Britney Spears. I asked
Sam if I could come meet him and Britney and he said sure. I headed to Los Angeles with my ex-girlfriend
and went to Britney's house. When we got there, the guards at the gate called Sam but he said they we're
out until 9:00 am driving around and asked if we could come back later. I felt like he was playing games
with me. I told him that my ex and I were eating lunch at Twains at the bottom of the hill from Britney's
house and he said they would meet us there. They never came and
my ex and I got tired of waiting so we
got back on the freeway and headed back to Orange County after
we finished lunch. Then Sam called and said they are going to Petco and to meet them there. We met there and that was total chaos, my ex started crying because she
felt so sorry for Britney. These guys were scratching people's cars, pushing each other to the ground, all
just to be in the front of the line. We went in with Sam and Britney and Petco locked the doors so no one
else could come in. We were there for 20 minutes and I threw two
.99˘ dog treats in Britney's basket for the dog and gave
Sam $5.00 for them (And he gave me the money back). Then we all went outside back to the chaos. Britney and Sam got into her car and got ready to
leave. The guy came outside and handed me Britney's stuff, birdcage, bird and bag. I took it over to her
car and got my stuff out and put it inside her car and shook her hand
again and said it was nice meeting and talking to you. And that was it.
I talked to Sam just a few times after that; he was starting to catch on to my agenda.
So that's my story, I'm just trying to get the word out there so everyone knows about Sam.
Danny talks to Jamie and Lynne quite frequently and they now have my information, a lot of it that will be
disclosed later pending legal counsel.
